At the airport we proceeded straight to the hotel to rest and prepare for “Nam”, Vietnam. Our flight schedules at 8 A.M. the next morning to Ho Chi Minh City spared us only a few hours for diner and some after hours drinks. The Regal, with its modern décor, Feng-shui like settings, and Tokyo style appointed rooms, but bigger, was the right place to park, and be ready for our next flight. Dinner was easy, at the hotel’s Japanese restaurant, with Saki and Sushi ordered to temper our starving souls.
